Every year, RevOps Co-op does a pulse check to collect feedback from our 7,000+ member community. We use all the data we collect to learn more about you and to guide new features and programs into our roadmap based on your needs. Here's what we learned in 2022.
The tl;dr? Member satisfaction is at an all time high, 4.6 out of 5.0 stars. 😍
Each time we ask our members for feedback, they deliver in a big way.
Whether it's camaraderie, getting access to mission critical resources, or thought leadership, there's something for everyone in RevOps Co-op.
Here’s everything we learned from our 2022 State of the Community report.
4.6 out of 5.0 stars, a 15% increase from last year. 🤩
At RevOps Co-op, we don't take a one-size-fits-all approach to community.
We know that different people like different things, which is why we offer a wide variety and robust set of programming, including our Slack group, digital and in person events, education and courses, and product reviews, among others.
A lot of folks in RevOps are small but mighty teams of one, expected to do a lot with a little.
The good news? If you face these challenges, you're not alone. We've got 7k+ members supporting each other on a daily basis.
The better news? We have a variety of programs to help combat these challenges, including new courses (like our SalesOps Masterclass and PM Fundamentals for RevOps), events with EU friendly times, and a revamped mentorship program.
We asked, you delivered.
The top programming needs include templates + worksheets, product ratings, benchmarking, workshops and local RevOps Co-op chapters.
Here are some things in the works to address these programming needs:
Product Ratings → help your peers make the best technology decisions by leaving a review
Product Demo's → we take the demo so you don't have too
Benchmarking → a brand new Salary Repository
Workshops → join our Creator Guild if you'd like to create a course
Member knowledge base → in the works
Ambassador Program → in the works
